First Aid Centre

If a student has Anaphylaxis, Allergies, Asthma, Diabetes, Epilepsy or other significant health issues, a School Management plan needs to be completed by their doctor and updated annually.  Students on regular medication can attend the First Aid Centre for their administration, if the medication is provided to the College and authorised to do so by the student’s parents/carer and doctor. 

All students are encouraged to stay home if they are feeling unwell prior to attending school. However, if a student does become unwell or injures themselves during the school day, parents/carers will be contacted. 

Knox Council Immunisation Nurses conduct the vaccination program at Wantirna College (in accordance with the National Immunisation Program).
