Child Safe Standards
Wantirna College has a strong commitment to child safety. We are invested in creating a school environment where our students feel respected and empowered.
The Child Safe Standards are changing 1 July 2022. Guidance and resources have been developed to support schools transition to the new Standards. The school environment is not limited to the College campus; it includes all venues where school events take place (excursion, event, sport and camp venues) and virtual environments such as the College intranet and email.
The Child Safe Standards and related policies outline our guidelines, strategies, processes and resources for implementation.
